The Brief
Branding a Leading Property Management's Company.
MX Estates Property Management are a leading property and rental specialist management’s company based in Central London. They have helped aid hundreds of landlords and property investors to maximise their rental incomes, ensuring they receive a guaranteed return on their property’s investment.
The Solution
A refined and distinguished branding identity system. It utilises a combination of two-dimensional graphical shapes and typography simplistically in the creation of a corporate look and feel for the brands (MX Estates), branding identity expression.
Whitespace has been deliberately applied to sections of the M and X letters to metaphorically symbolise a property’s roofs structure. The simplistic formation of the logo extends to an identity system to support the businesses agents in providing an efficient, simple and professional service for its clientele.
